Promo: Will Lindsay give into Troy’s seduction? There’s more to the story.

Segment 1

Todd holds the baby and shushes him.  It’s all right.  I’m going to get you out of here and get you home where you belong because you’re my son.  Cassie appears behind him.  Todd: So how long have you been standing there?  Cassie: Long enough.  Todd: For what?  Cassie: Long enough to have heard every word you said.

Cris tries to get Jen to tell him what she is hiding from him. There’s something you’re not telling me Jen.  You’re right there is.

WOW! Says Lindsay twice as she and Troy break away from their kiss.  Troy tells her he has wanted to kiss her like that for days.  It was all I could do to restrain myself for that long, but I don’t think I’ll be able to restrain myself much longer.  Lindsay: Why bother?

Nora: I love you, Sam.  Sam asks Nora what she said.  What?  Sam I guess I’m hallucinating.  I’m hearing things. Nora admits she did say something.

Starr at Cassie’s front door yells for Blair to hurry up.  Blair reminds Starr that she told her she was not going inside.  Starr tells Blair she needs her help carrying the heavy packages.  Well, how did you get all these presents to the house in the first place?  Starr: Duh, online. They deliver. Blair says ring the bell and Cassie will help her bring the packages in and tries to walk away. Starr grabs at her and tries to make her come in. Blair: I don’t want to go in there. Starr: Yes you do.  You want to see the baby as much as I do.

Todd tries to convince Cassie that she is hearing voices.  You are hallucinating.  Cassie: I am not hallucinating the voice I heard was yours and you were telling that baby that he is your son.  Todd: You’re crazy.  Cassie: I’m not crazy and I’m not hallucinating. And I know what is going on around here.

Segment 2

Starr: Why don’t you just admit it?  You want to see the baby, too.  Blair: No, I don’t and if you don’t stop this nonsense we are both going home and you won’t see the baby either.  Todd: Okay, what is going on?  Cassie: Do I have to tell you?  Todd: Apparently so.  Cassie tells him that when she and Andrew lost William they were both devastate.  When she found River in the crèche, she thought he was hers for a while. She tells him that is what is he is doing.  Todd: Well, River did become yours.  Cassie: Not before we had mourned our son and then moved on.  Todd: Well, that’s what I’m trying to do.  I’m ready to move on.   Cassie: But Blair’s not. You have to see what this is doing to Blair.  She can’t stand to be around someone else’s child right now.  Starr: That’s not true. Todd: Starr? What are you doing here?  Cassie: Where’s your mother? Starr: Outside and she wants to see the baby.  Todd rushes outside.  Starr says softly, She’s just too stubborn to admit.  Todd: Blair! Blair:  Todd! What are you doing here?

Keri and RJ talk.  Renee comes up and talks to Keri. She asks her if she is a friend of Nora’s and when Keri says, Yes, Renee introduces herself and tells her she owns the Palace hotel and restaurant and she donated the food.  Keri is impressed: I’ve only been to the Palace for drinks but I hear it is the place to go. Renee is flattered offers to make arrangement for her whenever she wants to go out to dinner.  Keri says that in fact she needs a reservation for tonight and Renee offers to call in the reservation until she realizes Keri’s dinner companion will be RJ.  Renee: I’m sorry we are totally booked.

Cris and Jen continue their conversation.  She doesn’t tell him anything.  Jen leaves and Al shows up at the door: Al: I’m sorry but we need to talk about Jen.

Segment 3

Troy is all over Lindsay.  Lindsay: I can’t believe I’m doing this.  Troy asks why.  Because I look like Colin? Lindsay: No, I’ve told I’m always attracted to bad boys.  She is concerned about his attraction to Nora.  Troy tries to squirm his way out of it and tells her that he likes to live dangerously.

Matthew catches Sam and Nora trying to put the bicycle together.  Sam spins a tale about the horn being a signal for Santa.  The doorbell rings.  It’s Jen with gifts, since she is spending Christmas with Cris’s family.  Cris tells Al that he already knows everything about Jen.  Al implies there with something between he and Jen.

Starr offers the baby gifts.  Cassie tells her that the baby is really small.  Starr wants to know if she is going to keep the baby?  Cassie says just for a little while.  Starr tells her that she wishes the baby could come back to her home and that Todd really loves the baby. Cassie tries to explain that is because it reminds him of the baby that was lost. He would feel that way about any baby right now. Starr: No, he loves this baby in particular. Cassie is very interested in that statement: Why?  Starr: Because he looks like our baby would have looked. Blair wants to know what is going on.  I thought you went off to rent a movie?  Todd: Well, yeah but it was out then I received a call from Nelly.  Blair: The baby’s mother!  Todd: Yeah.  I promised her I’d check on the baby.  Blair: What’s going on here, Todd.  Since when have you ever kept a promise? Is there something going on here that I should know about? Is there some connection between you and this baby?

Segment 4

Cassie is listening to Todd and Blair talk.  Todd: Can’t I do anything without some dark agenda?  You lost the baby.  I was trying to make you happy so I went out and found an unwed mother. Blair asks Todd how he found this Nelly and her baby.  Todd tries to avoid the question.  He won’t answer how or where.  What does it matter? Blair tries to get him to stop spinning. He points out how important the baby is to Starr. She brought him all those presents and she said if we kept the baby that’s ALL she wants for Christmas and for Starr that’s HUGE. You’ve always told me that we have to put Starr first.  Starr comes up behind Cassie: What do you think you’re doing?

Renee does a grand job of badmouthing RJ.  Keri you a new in this town and I’m sure you don’t know everything. Keri explains that she grew up in Chicago and knew Rachel. Renee: Hank is a fine upstanding man but RJ Gannon is a criminal. She has a long list. He’s a loan shark, he’s an extortionist, he’s a thief, … Keri: He’s my father.

Sam tries to get Jen to stay and help him put Matthew’s bike together.  She’s too busy.  She must get back to Cris.  Lindsay is curious about why Troy is trying so hard to get her in bed.  Troy flashes back on his plan.  He turns up the heat on Lindsay.  I can be a lot more creative than just trying to get you in bed.  We’re both adults.  It’s been a long time since I’ve met someone I thought I could care about.  Lindsay agrees.  Troy: I like you.  I like you just the way you are.  Lindsay: Really?  It’s been a long time for me.  Since I’ve had any companionship.  Troy kisses her.  If you want me to stop, just tell me.

Segment 5

So what are you getting at, Al.  Are you saying Jen was interested in you?  Al tells him no but that he did go after Jen.  I thought with you out of the way I’d have a chance. Cris: But you didn’t?  Al: Not a chance.  He goes on to explain that he just wants to be friends with both of them.  He then starts guilt tripping Cris about how he is going to be all alone for Christmas.  Cris invites him to spend Christmas with he, Jen and his family.

The great seduction of Lindsay continues. Much disrobing, sighing and liplocking.  They ooze over to the bed.

Renee apologizes for what she said because she spoke hastily. Keri: But you are not taking back the allegations?  Renee: No.  Keri tells Renee that she and her father will dine somewhere else.  RJ is touched by how Keri stood up for him and announced that he was her father.

Todd: Can you go and take one last look at the kid?  Come on, Blair.  He is beautiful.  He looks just like how our kid would have looked.  He’s smart. Blair: I know he’s smart and…beautiful but…Todd: All I’m asking is that you look at him one last time for me…all right, for Starr.  Starr lectures Cassie on the evils of spying. Santa won’t bring you anything for Christmas. Blair walks into the entry of the house. They all try to encourage Blair to look at the baby.  She gets halfway into the room but then grabs Starr’s hand and runs.  Cassie runs after them. Todd talks to the baby:  I know it looks bad but I’ll figure out how to change Blair’s mind.  No one is going to break up this family.  Ever.  Cassie listens and then says, “Oh, my God!”  Todd turns and looks at her.

Segment 6

Nora and Sam discuss Cris and Jen moving into together.  Sam says he has learned the hard way that people have to follow their own hearts and accept the consequences.  Nora tells him she loves him again.  Did I say that out loud? Sam: I love you too.

Afterglow for Troy and Lindsay. Troy: Wow! You really are a bad girl!  Lindsay: You bring it out in me.  I think we are a lot alike.  I feel I can tell you anything.

Jen is touched by Cris’s offer to let Al spend Christmas with them. Jen looks at the organizer calendar that she received for Christmas from Sam and Nora.  I’m ten days late!

Blair back at Dorian’s: Okay, go upstairs.  Starr: You promised me I could see the baby. Blair: You sat right there in that living room and promised me you understood that I didn’t want to see the baby.  Starr: I didn’t promise…Why can’t we keep the baby?  Blair: Because I’m the mommy and what I say goes.  Starr pouts: Daddy loves the baby too.  It’s two against one.  Blair: Well, you are going to have to get over it.  Starr: I won’t until the four of us are one, big happy family.  Cassie tells Todd that she has realized that it is not about Blair or about making her happy.  Todd: I thought we already went through this. Remember? I told you I was ready to move on... Cassie: Why didn’t I figure this out before?  This is not about Blair or making her happy.  It’s not about giving Starr what she wants for Christmas. This is about you.  He’s your son, isn’t he?
